Kitty Chase — Terms of Service

Welcome to Kitty Chase! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Kitty Chase mobile application (the "App"), developed and operated by BillionAnts ("we", "us", or "our").

By downloading, installing, or using Kitty Chase, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Description of Service

Kitty Chase is an interactive entertainment application designed for cats and pet owners. It features moving prey animations, audio soundboards, custom play timer modes, and optional PRO subscription features.

2. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

A. Subscriptions & One-Time Purchases

Kitty Chase offers optional PRO entitlements accessible via in-app purchases or subscription plans:

Weekly Subscription: Auto-renewing weekly pass.
•
Annual Subscription: Auto-renewing annual pass.
•
Lifetime Pass: One-time non-consumable payment.

B. Payment & Auto-Renewal

•
Payment will be charged to your Google Play Store or Apple App Store account at confirmation of purchase.
•
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
•
Account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate of the selected plan.
•
You can manage or turn off auto-renewal in your Google Play Store or Apple ID Account Settings after purchase.

C. Refunds

All payments, purchases, and refunds are managed directly by Google Play or Apple App Store according to their respective refund policies. BillionAnts does not directly handle refund processing.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All rights, titles, and interests in and to Kitty Chase (including but not limited to code, sound effects, prey animations, graphics, logos, user interfaces, and branding) are the exclusive property of BillionAnts.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

4. Device Safety & Pet Supervision Disclaimer

Pet Supervision: Kitty Chase is designed to entertain pets. Owners are encouraged to supervise pets while playing to ensure safe screen interaction.

Screen Protection: We strongly recommend applying a screen protector to your mobile device or tablet to protect against claw scratches.
•
Limitation of Device Liability: BillionAnts is not responsible or liable for any hardware damage, broken screens, scratches, or phone drops resulting from animal play or use of the App.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of Kitty Chase.
•
Modify, distribute, sell, lease, or create derivative works based on the App or any of its assets.
•
Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Kitty Chase is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. BillionAnts disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BillionAnts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use Kitty Chase.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on https://apps.billionants.com. Continued use of the App after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
