B. In-App Purchases & Subscription Data

Purchases and subscriptions (such as Weekly, Annual, or Lifetime passes) are processed securely through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store via RevenueCat.

RevenueCat receives anonymous transaction IDs to validate your PRO entitlement status across devices.

If you use the free version of Kitty Chase, third-party advertising services (e.g., Google AdMob) may collect device advertising identifiers (such as Android Advertising ID or IDFA) to serve tailored or contextual advertisements in compliance with platform privacy policies.

5. Screen Safety & Pet Care Notice

Kitty Chase provides dynamic movement animations designed to engage cats. We recommend using a screen protector on your mobile phone or tablet to guard against potential cat claw scratches during gameplay. BillionAnts is not liable for device hardware damage incurred during pet play.

6. Data Security & Retention

We maintain appropriate administrative and technical safeguards to protect any non-personal data collected. Since we do not maintain user account databases or store PII, personal data retention is minimal and restricted to store subscription state checks.

7. Your Rights & Data Deletion

You have the right to opt out of personalized advertising by updating your mobile device settings:
